Refund and Return Policy
1. After receiving the goods, the customer must immediately check whether the condition of all goods is complete and in good condition, and make sure they are correct. If the goods received do not match the goods ordered, were delivered by mistake or are damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods (cases exceeding 24 hours will not be processed) and provide the following information for follow-up:
1.Order number
2.Product name and details for replacement or return
3.Reasons for returning or exchanging goods
2. If the following circumstances occur, we will not provide product return or refund services
-More than 24 hours from the day the product is received
-Product packaging damage and man-made damage (such as impact, scratching, etc.)
- It is not due to product quality problems or reasons for the color difference of the product
-The component has been changed or replaced
-Order or pre-order products
3. Refunds and returns due to customers’ personal preferences will not be processed.
4. When the order cancellation request is accepted, we will refund the payment to your account within 3 months after receiving your returned products and complete refund information. Please note that the actual refund processing time of each bank is different, and handling fees may be charged. Refunds are all calculated in Hong Kong dollars. Our company will not be responsible for the foreign currency exchange rate differences and related handling fees incurred during the refund.
5. The company reserves the right of final interpretation and the right to modify these terms and conditions.
