送貨安排

送貨服務

  • 訂單總計淨金額九龍區滿$1,500或以上，港島新界區滿$2,500或以上可享免費送貨服務一次。
  • 如訂單總計淨金額未滿，將劃一收取九龍區$100,港島新界區$200送貨費(每次)。
  • 大嶼山，東涌，馬灣及愉景灣，屬偏遠地區，需額外加收$200，即$400送貨費(每次)。
  • 本送貨服務必須符合以下情況。否則，顧客須付責額外費用
    1. 大廈門外有停車位及不是禁區
    2. 由停車位至客人門口不需上樓梯或上斜路運送
  • 如須付停車場費或入閘費，將由顧客自行承擔，實報實消。
  • 如需上樓梯或上斜路運送，需另行收費。
  • 此額外附加費可於送貨時繳付。
  • 送貨時段為星期一至六，約早上八時至下午五時，公眾假期及個別日子除外。

顧客可選擇於辦公時間(星期一至六7:30a.m.-5:30p.m.)到店自取訂單貨品。

惡劣天氣影響
如遇八號或以上颱風，或懸掛黑色暴雨警告訊號，或有不可抗力的事情，送貨服務將會暫停，送貨日期另行安排。

Delivery service

For orders with a total net amount of $1,500 or more in Kowloon and $2,500 or more in the New Territories of Hong Kong Island, you can enjoy one free delivery service.

If the total net amount of the order is not reached, a flat delivery fee of $100 or $200 will be charged (each time).

Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay are remote areas, and an additional $200, that means $400 in total , delivery fee is required (each time).

This delivery service must comply with the following conditions. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for additional charges

 

  • There are parking spaces outside the building and it is not a restricted area
  • There is no need to go up stairs or ramps to transport from the parking space to the guest door.
  • If there is a parking lot fee or gate fee, it will be borne by the customer and will be paid during delivery.
  • If you need to transport up stairs or an incline, additional charges will apply.This additional surcharge can be paid upon delivery.  

Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding public holidays and certain days.

Customers can choose to pick up their orders at the store during office hours (Monday to Saturday 7:30a.m.-5:30p.m.).

Adverse weather effects

In the event of typhoon No. 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, or there are force majeure events, the delivery service will be suspended and the delivery date will be arranged separately.
